We are making quite a few changes to the Dreamtec Incident application.
One of these changes will be that the Windows Phone version of the application will no longer be hosted in the Windows Phone Store.
This means that the existing application will have to be uninstalled from the phone at some point.
We will give a grace period of a couple of days, to get the new application installed, after the new version is released
When using the existing version of the application, it will start notifying you of a new version that is available.
Below is a walkthrough that will be required of everyone to assist with this updating process.
Ensure that all captured workflows have been uploaded.
If you are having issues uploading, let us know immediately, so that we can assist.
Once all captured workflows have been uploaded, you will need to uninstall the current version of the application.
AFTER UNINSTALLING, THERE IS NO WAY OF GETTING BACK THE CAPTURED WORKFLOWS, SO DOUBLE CHECK THAT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN UPLOADED BEFORE UNINSTALLING.
You can either update the application on a computer, if you have access to one and a QR code scanner app on the phone that should get the new application version, or on the phone itself.
If you opt to use a computer instead of the phone itself, you must use the QR codes, and not the download buttons.
